志愿者背景查核 Volunteer Clearance

📌 目的 Purpose

為了保護教會兒童與青少年，所有志工必須完成賓州法律規定的背景查核與強制通報訓練，方可參與任何與未成年者有接觸的事工。
To ensure the safety of children and youth, all volunteers must complete Pennsylvania-required background clearances and mandatory reporter training before serving in any ministry involving minors.

✅ 必要查核項目 Required Clearances

根據賓州法律，所有志工需完成以下三項查核：
All volunteers must obtain the following three clearances:

1. 🧾 賓州兒童虐待歷史查核
   PA Child Abuse History Clearance

志工服務代碼 Volunteer Service Code：1KG6ZJ 此代碼適用於與兒童接觸的無償志工，可享有費用減免。
This code is for unpaid volunteers working with children and qualifies for reduced or waived fees.

若志工已在賓州居住滿十年，可填寫志工宣誓書代替 FBI 指紋查核。
Volunteers who have lived in Pennsylvania for 10+ consecutive years may submit a signed affidavit in lieu of the FBI fingerprint check.

📚 強制通報訓練 Mandatory Reporter Training

所有志工必須完成賓州認可的強制通報訓練課程（任選一種即可）：

All volunteers must complete one of the approved Pennsylvania Mandatory Reporter Training courses:

🎓 完成課程後 After Completion

完成任何一門課程後，請下載結業證書並上傳提交至教會。

After completing either course, download your completion certificate and upload/submit it to the church office.

📝 文件提交與更新 Submission & Renewal

• 所有查核文件與訓練證書請使用以下連結上傳：

  • 查核有效期為 五年，到期前需重新申請。
    Clearances are valid for five years and must be renewed before expiration.

  • 教會將定期提醒志工更新文件。

Youth ministry volunteers

Children’s ministry workers and helpers

• 營會、活動、外展事工志工

Camp, event, and outreach volunteers

• 所有教會職員、領袖與志工，只要與未成年者有接觸
